Welcome to FACEKI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including our Identity Verification (IDV) solutions, Fraud Prevention tools, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. 

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

         By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. 

  1. Services Provided

           FACEKI provides: 

    •  Identity Verification (IDV) solutions 
    • Fraud Prevention tools 
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) services These Services are offered under a subscription model, and users must maintain a valid payment method for continuous service. 
  1. User Responsibilities

As a user of FACEKI, you agree to: 

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our Services. 
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to identity verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering. 
    • We do not engage in unauthorized use, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution of our Services. 
    • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 
  1. Payment and Subscription
    • Our Services operate on a subscription-based model. 
    • A valid payment method with sufficient balance is required for continued access. 
    • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis, and failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. 
    • All prices and fees are subject to change, and we will notify users in advance of any pricing adjustments. 
  1. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services under the following conditions: 

    • Non-payment of subscription fees. 
    • Violation of these Terms and Conditions. 
    • Engagement in any fraudulent or illegal activity. 
    • Any other reason that poses a risk to FACEKI or its users. 
  1. Limitation of Liability

FACEKI is committed to providing high-quality and reliable Services; however, we are not responsible for any issues, errors, or damages resulting from the improper integration or use of our Services with third-party software, applications, or systems. While we ensure the proper functioning of our services, we do not take responsibility for any failures, performance issues, or security vulnerabilities caused by the user’s own code, modifications, or external dependencies. Our liability is strictly limited to direct issues arising from FACEKI ’s proprietary services and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users are responsible for ensuring the compatibility and secure implementation of our services within their environments. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology used in our services are the exclusive property of FACEKI. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these jurisdictions. 

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation or mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bahrain, UAE, or Saudi Arabia. 

  1. Changes to These Terms

FACEKI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

Refund Policy  

FACEKI understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to maintain a fair approach to refunds. 

  1. Subscription Cancellation:
    1. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.    
    2. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our support team at [email protected] 
  2. Exceptional Cases Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as: 
    1. If the account is not activated and the refund request is made within 10 days of payment contacting through: [email protected] 
    2. Duplicate charges due to system errors.  
    3. Unauthorized transactions have proven to be fraudulent.
