Thank you for choosing the services of FACEKI Inc. We value your trust and therefore strive to provide you with the best service possible. This refund policy outlines our process for refunds and is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which provides individuals with certain rights regarding their personal data.

  1. Refund Eligibility: If you sign up for our online Saas service, we offer a 14-day trial period after which you will be billed. If you are unsatisfied with the product or service before the end of your 14-day trial period, we will be glad to provide a full refund upon request within fourteen (14) days after signing up. However, all requests for refunds must meet these requirements in order to be considered eligible for a refund:

  • You have not used any other services or products provided by us;
  • You have not taken advantage of any promotional offers prior to requesting a refund;
  • Your account is active and in good standing; and

  • If user consumes his API above 20% service, customer wont be eligible for refund, but can cancel his account.
  1. Refund Processing: To begin processing your refund request, please send us an email containing your name, contact information, and reason(s) why you are requesting a refund. Once this information has been received and reviewed by our customer support team, we will review your case and make a decision on whether or not you qualify for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt of your email request.
  2. Cancellation Procedure: In order to cancel your account at any time during or after your 14-day trial period, please contact us via email at [[email protected]] or call us. You may also access “My Account” under “Account Settings” from within the application/website where you can click “Cancel Membership” if available as an option. Once we have received confirmation that you no longer wish to use our service, we will deactivate and close down all related accounts associated with your personal data immediately upon verification of cancellation request details provided by yourself during signup phase including but not limited to payment credentials etc..
  3. Limitation Of Liability: We do not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to personal data lost due to technical issues beyond our control such as server crashes or malicious third party attacks (data theft).
